FIREFLY CHARITY

With the countless hidden voices in our society, the group of deaf-mute people cannot find an occupation with their lack of ability to hear and speak. As part of Firefly Charity’s ultimate goal, we hope to enhance a job-finding platform to help this group of people. The platform will be made through Python Programming Language and Flask. Currently, numerous large companies are interested in this project as it is a win-win scenario for everyone. As a charity organization, we have the ability to allow the group of people to have a stable job while having the financial side of the issue solved. According to Chinese law, companies with disabled people can pay less tax for large companies as they are helping society. Furthermore, Firefly Charity believes that the group of deaf-mute people have all the ability needed for simple occupations such as using their hand to make anything.  

 

在我们的社会中隐藏着无数的声音，聋哑人群体由于缺乏听和说的能力而找不到工作。作为萤火虫慈善最终目标的一部分，我们希望提升一个求职平台来帮助这群人。该平台将通过Python编程语言和Flask来实现。目前，许多大公司都对这个项目感兴趣，因为这是一个双赢的局面。作为一个慈善机构，我们有能力让这群人有一份稳定的工作，同时解决经济方面的问题。根据中国法律，有残疾人的公司可以为大公司缴纳更少的税，因为他们在帮助社会。此外，萤火虫慈善机构相信，这群聋哑人有能力做简单的工作，比如用他们的手做任何东西。
